Denny’s <br />Notice of Eligibility for Relocation Assistance <br />November 24, 2025 <br />Page 2 <br />The City has contracted with Associated Right of Way Services, Inc. (ARWS) to negotiate on its behalf <br />to purchase the property and all property interests. If the City is successful in acquiring the property, <br />Denny’s would need to relocate from the site. Ms. Karen Eddleman will serve as a Relocation Advisor <br />to explain the available assistance and to support Denny’s relocation efforts and its requests for <br />reimbursement of eligible relocation expenses. <br />The attached Relocation Assistance Program Summary provides additional details.
