It is [TIME]. Good morning. Welcome to today’s Relocation Appeal
Hearing. My name is ____, and I am the Relocation Appeal Coordinator. As the Coordinator, I
provide administrative support to the Appeal Hearing Officer.
We would now like everyone to introduce themselves. We will start with the representatives for
______ and then move to the Appeal Hearing Officer and the City representatives.
Include the following only if using a Court Report: As you see, we have a court reporter here who will
make an accurate record of everything that happens today. The court reporter is attempting to
transcribe everything that we say. Because this is an oral transcription, the court reporter cannot
indicate head nods or other gestures and thus every answer needs to be verbal. It is important that
only one person talk at a time. This is to ensure that the court reporter can accurately report all of
the communications for the record. Please be sure to speak slowly and clearly.
Oath: Before we get started, I am going to have the court reporter give everyone that is providing
testimony today an oath in which you will agree to tell the truth here today.
**COURT REPORTER WILL GIVE OATH TO ALL PROVIDING TESTIMONY**
Appendix D to Relocation Impact Memorandum
ATTY/RESO.0015/CC RESO APPROVING THE RELOCATION IMPACT MEMORANDUM FOR THE 84/101 REIMAGINED PROJECT - EXHIBIT A
REV: 04-20-26 VR
