We are here to understand and listen to your contentions with regard to your relocation. <br />Specifically, you are appealing the following: <br />1.City’s denial of your request for reimbursement of costs incurred for ________. <br />2.City’s denial of your request for reimbursement of costs incurred to _____. <br />Procedure: <br />Today, _____ (Appellant), you will present your evidence first. After you are done presenting your <br />evidence, we will ask the City’s Relocation Advisor to present evidence. The Hearing Officer <br />may also ask questions throughout the process. <br />When making your presentation, please remember that the Hearing Officer is only here to hear <br />the particular relocation issues you raised in your appeal. <br />Also, please, if you provide information about another relocation (other than your own), please <br />provide information to help the Hearing Officer understand how the information is relevant to <br />your relocation. <br />If you have documents you would like to give the Hearing Officer regarding the issues you <br />present, please provide them to me now (or via the chat feature).
