Relocation Impact Memorandum <br />Page 2 of 5 <br />Project Schedule <br />December 16, 2016 Caltrans Approval of Initial Study with Negative Declaration/Environmental Assessment with <br />Finding of No Significant Impact <br />December 19, 2016 Caltrans Approval of Project Report <br />September 2023 City delivered General Information Notices to property and business owners <br />November 15, 2025 Government Code Offer made to property owners <br />November 21, 2025 City delivered Notice of Eligibility to displacees <br />August 2026 Anticipated Start of Utility Relocation on parcel 64082 <br />Relocation Impact <br />Two occupied properties will need to be acquired resulting in one full business relocation (parcel 64082) and a personal <br />property only relocation (parcel 64074). The property owner of parcel 64082 leases the property to a restaurant. Parcel 64074 <br />is owned and occupied by the City of Redwood City (City). The City will be required to move their personal property from the <br />proposed partial acquisition area. If the properties are acquired, all three entities would be required to move to allow for <br />project construction. Relocation impacts are summarized below: <br />Four non-residential entities (two property owners and two business occupants) would be impacted by the Project and may <br />claim non-residential relocation assistance. <br />1.One Denny’s Franchisee leases and occupies the approximate 3,567 square foot building, located at 1201 Broadway <br />Street in Redwood City. The restaurant is currently operational. <br />2.The Denny’s Corporation Franchisor may be eligible for relocation assistance if they own any personal property on- <br />site. <br />3.The owner of 1201 Broadway Street, Redwood City, may be eligible for relocation assistance as an absentee landlord. <br />4.The City of Redwood City may be eligible for relocation assistance for a personal property only move at their property <br />located at 1400 Broadway in Redwood City. <br />ATTY/RESO.0015/CC RESO APPROVING THE RELOCATION IMPACT MEMORANDUM FOR THE 84/101 REIMAGINED PROJECT - EXHIBIT A <br />REV: 04-20-26 VR <br />Page 2 of 34
