REV: 04-02-26 VR <br />Task 6. Final Design (100% Submittal), up to $23,357 Time and Materials (T&M) <br />This task is for the consultant to advance the 90% progress documents to a 100% design <br />towards a bid-ready set. Tasks include: <br />A. After receiving and addressing City comments on the 90% submittal, Schaaf and <br />Wheeler will prepare the final (100%) bid-ready plans, specifications, and <br />engineer’s estimate, along with a construction schedule. <br />B. Final documents will include City front-end requirements, as applicable, complete <br />plan sets and technical specifications, and final quantities and cost estimate. <br />C. Schaaf and Wheeler will coordinate final QA/QC across all disciplines and deliver <br />a complete bid package suitable for advertising. <br />Deliverables: electronic copies of the 90% plans, specifications, calculations, and <br />estimate of anticipated construction costs. A construction schedule will also be submitted <br />which will outline all permit restrictions and work windows. <br />Task 7. Environmental Permitting, up to $96,256 Time and Materials (T&M) <br />This task is for preparing all environmental permitting needed for the project. Tasks <br />include: <br />A. Environmental permitting subconsultant, Huffman-Broadway Group, Inc (HBG) will <br />support environmental permitting needed for the project. <br />B. HBG will prepare an aquatic resources delineation report based on a field <br />investigation and standard USACE methodology, and will prepare an ESA <br />biological assessment, including an essential fish habitat assessment, as <br />applicable, to support federal consultation requirements. <br />C. HBG will prepare and submit the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) permit <br />application package (anticipated as a Nationwide Permit pre-construction <br />notification) including a request for a jurisdictional determination, alternatives <br />analysis/avoidance and minimization documentation, and a project mitigation <br />monitoring and maintenance plan. <br />D. HBG will also prepare the application package for the San Francisco Bay Regional <br />Water Quality Control Board (SFBRWQCB) Section 401 Water Quality <br />Certification and coordinate the review process and agency approval. <br />E.
