Schaaf and <br />Wheeler will support HBG by providing design plans, sections, and technical <br />information required for permit applications and by incorporating permit conditions <br />into the final design and construction documents. <br />G. If the USACE determines that a Section 106 NHPA Consistency Determination <br />process is necessary, a CEQA-level cultural resources survey will be conducted, <br />including archaeological and historical records search, Native American <br />community outreach, pedestrian survey, and preparation of a cultural resources <br />inventory and evaluation report. <br />Deliverables: USACE Nationwide Permit application package, SFBRWQCB Section 401 <br />Water Quality Certification permit application package, CDFW Lake and Streambed <br />Alteration Agreement application package, and electronic copies of all reports, studies, <br />and memorandums needed for successful permit approval. <br />Task 8. Bid Support and Construction Administration, up to $193,405 Time and <br />Materials (T&M) <br />This task is for the Consultant to provide bid support and construction administration <br />services. Tasks include: <br />A. Schaaf and Wheeler and team to attend pre-bid meeting, and pre-construction <br />meeting. <br />B. Schaaf and Wheeler and team to provide clarifications and respond to questions <br />submitted during the bid phase. <br />C. Schaaf and Wheeler to respond to Requests for Information (RFI). <br />D. Schaaf and Wheeler and team to review submittals and testing/inspection reports. <br />E. Schaaf and Wheeler and team to attend site visits during construction (up to 3). <br />F. Schaaf and Wheeler and team to attend virtual construction meetings (up to 8). <br />G. Schaaf and Wheeler and BCA to perform structural observations and submit <br />reports to the City during construction (up to 3). <br />H.
