REV: 04-02-26 VR <br />I. Huffman-Broadway Group, Inc (HGB) to perform biological monitoring services, as <br />need, and throughout the construction of the project. This scope includes the <br />following: <br />a. Submission of pre-construction authorizations to environmental agencies <br />b. Submission of pre-construction biological monitoring and provide worker <br />training to selected contractor (up to 3 site visits) <br />c. Construction biological monitoring: <br />i. Perform daily biological monitoring during construction by approved <br />Qualified Biologist (scope includes 30 working days of monitoring) <br />ii. Perform turbidity monitoring during dewatering and re-watering (as <br />necessary during 30 working day construction monitoring) <br />iii. Perform monitoring during dewatering (assumes one day for CDFW <br />Qualified Fishery Biologist to be present for dewatering) <br />d. Agency required reporting: <br />i. Perform pre- and post-construction biological monitoring status <br />reports <br />ii. Perform post-construction Fish and Wildlife relocation record/report <br />iii. Provide a project as-built report <br />iv. Notify agencies when construction is complete <br />v. Respond to authorizing agencies questions <br />e. Agency Site Inspections: <br />i. Attend site inspections and visits from regulatory agencies (up to 10 <br />hours for coordination and site visits) <br />f. Project coordination during construction <br />J. Schaaf and Wheeler and team to review and comment on change orders if <br />requested by the City. <br />K. Schaaf and Wheeler to prepare of as-builts drawings based on contractor mark- <br />ups, and change orders. <br />a. Field surveys to support as-built drawings are not anticipated, and are <br />therefore not included in this scope of services; however, they can be <br />provided for an additional fee upon request from the City and a written <br />authorization. <br />Deliverables: electronic copy of the final as-built drawings and final closeout letters from <br />the structural and geotechnical engineers. Electronic copies of all correspondence and <br />submittal reviews.
