Landlords must provide tenants that qualify as Eligible Residential Households the <br />following: <br /> <br />a. Relocation assistance equal to 3 months of Fair Market Rent. <br /> <br />b. A full refund of the security deposit, minus funds necessary for repairs of <br />tenant damage if the rental unit is to be reoccupied; and <br /> <br />c. A 60-day subscription to a rental agency service. <br />3. Special-Circumstance Households are households that qualify as an Eligible <br />Residential Household and have at least one member of the household that meets <br />one of the criteria below: <br /> <br />a. Is 62 years or older, <br /> <br />b. Is disabled, <br /> <br />c. Is a child under 18 years old who is legally dependent, and/or <br /> <br />d. A household that has occupied the rental unit as the primary residence for 5 <br />or more consecutive years <br />4. Landlords must provide tenants that qualify as Special-Circumstance Households <br />the following: <br /> <br />a. Relocation assistance equal to 4 months of Fair Market Rent. <br /> <br />b. A full refund of the security deposit, minus funds necessary for repairs to <br />tenant damage if the rental unit is to be reoccupied; and <br /> <br />c. A 60-day subscription to a rental agency service. <br /> <br />5. Greater relocation assistance calculation: If a tenant qualifies for greater <br />relocation assistance as an Eligible Residential Household or a Special- <br />Circumstances Household, any payments or rent waiver already made by the <br />landlord (per Section 5.1) will be deducted from the greater amount of relocation <br />assistance the landlord is required to provide (e.g., 3 or 4 months of Fair Market Rent). <br />See example calculation below: <br /> <br />a.
