Agreement for On-call Services with 4Leaf, Inc. (4Leaf) for a three-year term in <br />an amount not to exceed $3,250,000, with the City Manager authorized to extend <br />the Agreement for two additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed <br />$1,090,000 per year, for a maximum not-to-exceed amount of $5,430,000; <br />2. Agreement for On-call Services with Altrans – Transportation Management <br />Association, Inc. (Altrans) for a three-year term in an amount not to exceed <br />$150,000, with the City Manager authorized to extend the Agreement for two <br />additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed $75,000 per year, for a <br />maximum not-to-exceed amount of $300,000; <br />3. Agreement for On-call Services with Biggs Cardosa Associates, Inc. (Biggs <br />Cardosa) for a three-year term in an amount not to exceed $150,000, with the <br />City Manager authorized to extend the Agreement for two additional one-year <br />periods in an amount not to exceed $50,000 per year, for a maximum not-to- <br />exceed amount of $250,000; <br />4. Agreement for On-call Services with BKF Engineers for a three-year term in an <br />amount not to exceed $1,350,000, with the City Manager authorized to extend <br />the Agreement for two additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed <br />$400,000 per year, for a maximum not-to-exceed amount of $2,150,000; <br />4
