<br />5. Agreement for On-call Services with Civic Edge Consulting, LLC (Civic Edge) for
<br />a three-year term in an amount not to exceed $450,000, with the City Manager
<br />authorized to extend the Agreement for two additional one-year periods in an
<br />amount not to exceed $150,000 per year, for a maximum not-to-exceed amount
<br />of $750,000;
<br />6. Agreement for On-call Services with EKI Environment & Water, Inc. (EKI) for a
<br />three-year term in an amount not to exceed $750,000, with the City Manager
<br />authorized to extend the Agreement for two additional one-year periods in an
<br />amount not to exceed $250,000 per year, for a maximum not-to-exceed amount
<br />of $1,250,000;
<br />7. Agreement for On-call Services with William R. Gray and Company, Inc., dba
<br />Gray-Bowen-Scott (Gray-Bowen-Scott), for a three-year term in an amount not
<br />to exceed $500,000, with the City Manager authorized to extend the Agreement
<br />for two additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed $100,000 per
<br />year, for a maximum not-to-exceed amount of $700,000;
<br />8. Agreement for On-call Services with Hexagon Transportation Consultants, Inc.
<br />(Hexagon) for a three-year term in an amount not to exceed $350,000, with the
<br />City Manager authorized to extend the Agreement for two additional one-year
<br />periods in an amount not to exceed $50,000 per year, for a maximum not-to-
<br />exceed amount of $450,000;
<br />9. Agreement for On-call Services with Kimley-Horn & Associates, Inc. (Kimley
<br />Horn) for a three-year term in an amount not to exceed $350,000, with the City
<br />Manager authorized to extend the Agreement for two additional one-year
<br />periods in an amount not to exceed $70,000 per year, for a maximum not-to-
<br />exceed amount of $490,000;
<br />10. Agreement for On-call Services with Bellecci & Associates, Inc., dba Sanbell
<br />Bay Area (Sanbell) for a three-year term in an amount not to exceed $400,000,
<br />with the City Manager authorized to extend the Agreement for two additional
<br />one-year periods in an amount not to exceed $75,000 per year, for a maximum
<br />not-to-exceed amount of $550,000;
<br />11. Agreement for On-call Services with TDG Engineering, Inc. (TDG Engineering)
<br />for a three-year term in an amount not to exceed $300,000, with the City
<br />Manager authorized to extend the Agreement for two additional one-year
<br />periods in an amount not to exceed $70,000 per year, for a maximum not-to-
<br />exceed amount of $440,000;
<br />12. Agreement for On-call Services with Traffic Patterns, LLC (Traffic Patterns) for
<br />a three-year term in an amount not to exceed $550,000, with the City Manager
<br />authorized to extend the Agreement for two additional one-year periods in an
<br />amount not to exceed $100,000 per year, for a maximum not-to-exceed amount
<br />of $750,000;
<br />13. Agreement for On-call Services with VSCE, Inc. (VSCE) for a three-year term in
<br />an amount not to exceed $250,000, with the City Manager authorized to extend
<br />the Agreement for two additional one-year periods in an amount not to exceed
<br />$50,000 per year, for a maximum not-to-exceed amount of $350,000;
