Adopt a resolution approving a substitute site (705 Veterans Blvd) as the <br />Affordable Housing Site and designated Affordable Housing Project in the 1900 <br />Broadway Development Agreement; and approving the Amended and Restated <br />Affordable Housing Plan; and <br />2. Adopt a resolution conditionally vacating the Spring Street Segment (consisting <br />of a portion of Spring Street and a remnant City parklet located at Marshall and <br />Walnut Streets); and approving a Purchase and Sale Agreement between City of <br />7
