<br />A Council Member commented on agenda item 6.2A. She said that water is a precious <br />resource and this is one-step closer to a better system that will increase reliability. Professional services agreements to support development of Water System Master <br />Plan. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Approve, by motion, two professional service agreements identified below as part <br />of the water master planning effort, and authorize the City Manager to increase the <br />contract amounts up to 10% if necessary. <br /> <br />1. West Yost Associates (West Yost) in an amount not to exceed $328,618 for <br />consulting engineering services to provide water system modeling, capacity <br />assessment, and overall coordination of the work product. <br />Minute Order 10-013 <br />2.
