After selecting the lead consultant, the team would <br />thell, togethet ",-ith the selected lead consultant, identify the full environmental team as described <br />below. This scope includes: <br /> <br />1. These goals then would be set out in an overall process and tied to a <br />schedule which would include milestones, public meetings and workshops and I or <br />internal work sessions. '\X'e would, at the same time~ prepare an organizational chart <br />that clearly defines the roles and responsibilities of each team member as well as the <br />"Review Board" that would be the oycrall decision/managemel1t body for the City's <br />environmental review process. <br /> <br />2. In this review we would utilize the matrix., <br />references, research on relevant experience, and performance to craft a <<shott list" of <br />environmental consultllnts that would move to the interview st<'1>.
