<br />EXHIBIT B <br />FEES <br /> <br />REVIEW OF PAST WORK. ANALYSIS. NARRATIVE OF POTENTIAL CONCEPTS <br />PHASE I FEE: $20.000.00 <br /> <br />The fee for Phase I shall be paid as follows: <br /> <br />- $10,000.00 upon the signing of the contract by way of wire transfer as further <br />described in the Payment of Fees section. <br />- $10,000 within five (5) business days of the completion of Phase I. <br /> <br />MARKET RESEARCH <br />PHASE II FEE: $36.000.00 <br /> <br />The fee for Phase II shall be paid as follows: <br /> <br />- $12,000 at the commencement of Phase II. <br />- $12,000 upon the submission of the first draft of all deliverables of this phase. <br />- $12,000 within five (5) days completion of Phase II. <br /> <br />LUMP SUM CONTRACT <br /> <br />The total fee for providing all services as outlined in this Agreement is for a fixed fee of <br />$56,000 plus the cost of out of pocket expenses as outline in Exhibit C. Changes in <br />scope are acceptable provided the overall budget is not exceeded.
