If City cannot <br />provide a representative within 2 hours, CCSF shall solely make the assessment and direct Contractor to perform the <br />work. <br />• If City Engineer determines that pipes at a street -crossing location within the right-of-way are in poor condition, <br />replace up to a 20 -foot section of pipe at that location within the right-of-way with new PVC pipe. If City requests in <br />writing that more that 20 feet of pipe be replaced at that location and within the right-of-way, CCSF's Contractor will <br />perform such work, provided that all costs of or attributable to such additional work will be payable directly by City to <br />Contractor.
