Kennedy Jenks Engineers <br />· Current as-built documentation <br />· Documentation assembled from first year of operations <br /> <br />ASSIST WITH DESIGN OF NEW FACILITIES (1) <br /> <br />Participate in "Design Workshop" approach to work with the team in fine tuning designs <br />so that the finished project will work as expected and incorporate features desired by <br />management and operational personnel. This will include <br />· face-to-face meetings <br />. telephone meetings <br />. web-meetings <br />. exchanges of information via e-mail. <br /> <br />All comments received during the scoping process will be considered in the development <br />of the project. <br /> <br />PRELIMINARY DESIGN AND SPECIFICATIONS (1) <br /> <br />Assist in the development of the project and design submittal process to minimize the <br />amount of changes needed to be made with the design. <br /> <br />FINAL DESIGN (1) <br /> <br />This will result in the review and comment of the Electrical, Instrumentation, and Operational <br />Strategy Construction Documents for review at the 100% stage. The draft Construction <br />Documents shall integrate the City's and Engineer's comments and directions for the project <br />and other improvements or replacements: <br /> <br />· Drawings to date (civil/mechanical/structural/electricalllnstrumentation) <br />· Construction Documents <br />· Special reports <br />· Drawings (100 percent complete) <br />· Technical specifications (100 percent complete) <br /> <br />PROJECT EXECUTION SUPPORT (1) <br /> <br />This will include ongoing project support as the project is executed and brought on-line on <br />an as-needed basis: <br /> <br />· Submittal review <br />· Field Requests for Information <br />· On-site meetings and/or consultations <br />· Site inspections and/or testing assistance <br />. Technical specifications (100 percent complete) <br />
