Section 3.93. Changes of Copy on Readerboard Signs. Any change of copy on a <br />readerboard sign. <br /> <br />Section 3.94. Construction Signs. One (1) sign up to thirty two (32) square feet in <br />area and fifteen (15) feet in height is exempt per lot frontage provided the sign is <br />removed prior to the final inspection of the project. <br /> <br />Section 3.95. Directional Signs. Signs up to four (4) square feet in area and four (4) <br />feet in height providing directions to building entrances, parking facilities and on-site <br />facilities. <br /> <br />Section 3.96. Future Use Signs. One (1) sign up to thirty-two (32) square feet in area <br />and fifteen (15) in height announcing the future use of a property that has been <br />approved by the City provided that no more than one (1) such sign is displayed per lot <br />frontage and each sign is removed prior to the final inspection of the project. <br /> <br />Section 3.97. Garage Sale Signs. Up to four (4) signs may be displayed for a garage <br />sale that is held in accordance with the provisions of Article III, Chapter 6 ("Garage <br />Sales") of the Redwood City Municipal Code. Each garage sale sign shall comply with <br />the following requirements: <br /> <br /> a. No sign shall exceed four (4) square feet in area or three (3) feet in height <br /> above grade. <br /> <br /> b. Garage sale signs may be displayed within the public right-of-way in <br /> accordance with the provisions of Section 3.114 of this Article. <br /> <br /> c. Garage sale signs may be displayed only on the days that the garage sale is <br /> held. <br /> <br />Section 3.98. Government Signs. Any sign that is displayed by a public body or <br />officer in the performance of a public duty or by any person pursuant to a governmental <br />requirement, including, but not limited to, legal notices, traffic signs, public transit signs, <br />utility company signs, public restroom signs, warning signs and signs placed by a public <br />agency for the purpose of guiding persons to emergency centers and places of public <br />interest. <br /> <br />Section 3.99. Interior Signs. Signs displayed on the interior of a building, other than <br />window signs. <br /> <br />Section 3.100. Informational Signs. Any sign or notice that is required or authorized <br />by law and .which complies with the provisions of the law. <br /> <br />Section 3.101. Political Signs. Signs that convey a message in connection with a <br />federal, state or local election (excluding government signs) or that promote a <br />candidate for elected office, political party, or ballot measure; provided, the following <br />requirements are satisfied prior to displaying the sign: <br /> <br /> a.
