A Progress Report shall be provided to the ERMT to n�onitor the scope,the schedule, <br /> and issues with resolutions. <br /> 1.7 PROGRAM SAFETY PLAN <br /> The ECT shall prepare the Program Safety Plan that shall establish procedures for the ECT while in the <br /> field. The procedures shall include required equipment, reporting, and safety training to be conducted <br /> prior to the ECT conducting fieldwork. Coordination shall be conducted with the City Project Manager, ERMT, City Council, City <br /> Planning Coinmission,abencies,and the Applicant. <br /> City Projeet Manager-The ECT's Program Manager shall communicate with the City Project Manager <br /> as required to maintain City awareness of Projece activities, deliverables, and issues.
