Topics may include: how to cominent on <br /> an EIR, how to identify alternatives, how to identify enviromnental threshotds, and whal is ihe project <br /> schedule. <br /> i 5.2 NOTICE OF PREPARATION <br /> The ECT shall prepare a draft Notice of Preparation(NOP)for ERMT review and comment. <br /> TASK 6 PROJECT SCOPING — PRELIMINARY PROJECT DESCRIPTION <br /> TASK 6.1 PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE ANO NEED STATEMENT <br /> Based on the outlines prepared in Task 4, the ECT shall prepare a Draft Project Description and Purpose <br /> and Need Statement. The Project Description is to include but not be limited to land ownership, <br /> dimensions of facilities, acrea�e, descriptions of facilities, staging areas, phasin�, population, <br /> emploYment, construction practices, operations. sustainabilitv practices, public services to be provided <br /> and utilitv and transportation improvements. The Purpose and Need Statement shall reflect the Citv's <br /> obj,ectives, purpose and need as well as the Applicant's objectives, purpose and need. The ECT shall <br /> provide the drafts to the ERMT and Cit�for review and cornment.
