He suggested that a brief explanation of how to access the <br />City website might be included in the water bills. <br />Ray Fowler, speaking as President of the Redwood City Police Officers Association, <br />read a statement from the Police Officers Association and Police Sergeants <br />Association in support of the officers and sergeants named as involved parties <br />surrounding the death of Ricky Escobedo. CONSENT CALENDAR — <br />Items on the Consent Calendar are considered to be routine by the City Council and <br />will be enacted by one motion and one vote.
