<br />· Prepare a Draft Phase I ESA Report <br />WEST will prepare a Draft Phase I ESA Report, for the Site, which will summarize the: <br />records review; Site reconnaissance; and interviews as well a present the findings, <br />opinions and conclusions whether known or suspect recognized environmental <br />conditions have been identified on or near to the Site. <br />· Meetings <br />WEST will attend and participate in two meetings with City of Redwood City <br />representatives regarding the Site. <br /> <br />SCHEDULE <br />Draft Phase 1 materials to be provided by September 24,2010. <br /> <br />WEST's Schedule of Charges is also attached. <br />
