A8- CITY OF REDWOOD CRY - DOWNTOWN RETAIL- CINEMA PROJECT ON BROADWAY <br />of real and personal property, offers -to- purchase, documentation, escrow and transfer <br />of ownerships. The relocation process includes business relocation interviews, needs <br />analyses, searching for appropriate replacement sites, preparation and service of <br />required notices to Project occupants, documentation, claim preparation and review, <br />filing of claims for payment of eligible expenses, coordination of moves and other <br />relocation assistance. <br />This Plan addresses the following: <br />1. A map of the general location and the specific Project site; <br />2. An assessment of the relocation needs of businesses and governmental agencies <br />which may be relocated as a result of the implementation of the Project, including <br />survey methods and results; <br />I An assessment as to the availability of comparable replacement resources within <br />the City of Redwood City and neighboring communities; and, <br />4.
