Community Meeting #3 - Review Recommended Concept — Review previous workshop ideas and <br />input and present recommended design concept for Courthouse Square developed in response. <br />Present additional graphics and images to explain design in greater detail — perspective, special <br />feature concepts, use plan diagram, and furnishings. In facilitated discussion, elicit workshop <br />discussion and comment on alternatives. Distribute "post -it" sticker kits and invite participants to <br />place comments on graphic exhibits to provide a visual indication of collective preferences. Discuss <br />results and steps for next workshop. <br />1. Coordinate workshop logistics with City Staff <br />2. Prepare presentation and workshop materials <br />3. Prepare preferred design concept — Based on Community Meeting #3, Special Group Session #3 <br />and City Staff input, prepare a preferred design concept for Courthouse Square. Refine the plan and <br />section drawings and develop the complementary design of the Marshall Street frontage landscape; <br />display the latter on an illustrative plan drawing of the full Courthouse block site. Refine the three - <br />dimensional "bird's -eye" perspective sketch to assist visualization of the preferred concept. Refine <br />the diagram illustrating how the preferred concept functions for special events. Refine the design for <br />the primary special feature, and prepare designs for related supporting built -in furnishings (walls, <br />etc.). Based on input on the preferred "family" of furnishings, expand the selection of representative <br />manufactured furnishings and prepare recommendations for planting and paving materials for <br />workshop review. <br />1.
