� 1 <br />PRIORITY # 2: Facilitate suitable living environment by Improving the safety and <br />livability of neighborhoods by focusing resources for public facilities <br />and services to reduce poverty. <br />$55,457 CDBG Caminor Kitchen Project <br />Caminor, 284 Redwood Avenue, Redwood City. Funds will be used to modify and upgrade an <br />institutional kitchen in a 24 hour psychiatric facility. <br />$5,000 CDBG Catholic Charities Adult Day Care <br />Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of San Francisco, 787 Walnut Street, San Carlos. This is a <br />citywide program that provides adult day care support services for frail, elderly and disabled <br />adults. <br />$15,000 CDBG Clara -Mateo Alliance Shelter Adult & Family Wing <br />Clara -Mateo Alliance, Inc., 795 Willow Road, Bldg. 323-D, Menlo Park. This is a citywide program <br />that operates a shelter for homeless individuals and couples and includes a family wing that <br />houses six families with children. <br />$7,000 CDBG Clara -Mateo Alliance Shelter Elsa Segovia Center <br />Clara -Mateo Alliance, Inc., 795 Willow Road, Bldg. 323 -D, Menlo Park. This is a citywide program <br />that operates a day center for homeless women with substance abuse problems. <br />$7,500 CDBG Ellipse AIDS Case Management Program <br />Ellipse Peninsula AIDS Services, 173 South Boulevard, San Mateo. This is a citywide program <br />that provides case management and in -home support services to families of residents who are <br />disabled with HIV - related illnesses. <br />535,000 CDBG Fair Housing Counseling <br />MidPeninsula Citizens for Fair Housing, 457 Kinglsey Avenue, Palo Alto. Funds will be used to <br />provide assistance citywide to Redwood City residents who believe they have experienced <br />discrimination in the housing market. <br />$15,000 CDBG Family Service Agency Senior Case Management/Outreach <br />Family Service Agency of San Mateo County, 2600 Middlefield Road. This program offers case <br />management and outreach services for low income seniors citywide. <br />$30,000 CDBG Heron Court Computer Learning Center <br />Heron Court Cooperative, Inc., 350 Gunter Lane, Redwood City. These funds will assist in the <br />installation of a modular unit to create a dedicated space for the Neighborhood Network Center. <br />This Program is located in Census tract # 6103. Program. <br />$6,000 CDBG Heron Court Neighborhood Network Program <br />Heron Court Cooperative, Inc., 350 Gunter Lane, Redwood City. These funds will assist in <br />providing academic, computer and technology opportunities to low income youth and seniors. <br />
