( - I C -3 <br />2. That a new paragraph 10 is added to the Agreement to read as follows: <br />10. Entire Aareement. This Agreement and the First Amendment <br />thereto sets forth and contain the entire understanding and agreement of the <br />Parties. Changes to the terms and conditiormof this Agreement -will be made by <br />written amendment signed by the Parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing and <br />paragraphs 2 and 4 of this Agreement, future revisions in hours and /or levels of <br />service may be extended by written amendment or supplement hereto approved, <br />in the case of Authority, by motion of its Commission, and in the case of City, by <br />written approval of its City Manager. <br />3. That Attachment A to the Agreement is replaced, in its entirety with a new <br />Attachment A, a copy of which is attached hereto. <br />4. All other provisions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. <br />5.
