• <br /> 453 Recycling Blitz <br /> 454 "Recycling Blitz" means Contractor's campaign to implement Recycling Collection service at <br /> 455 Commercial and Multi - Family Dwelling Customers that have limited or no recycling collection <br /> 456 service approximately six (6) months prior to the roll -out of new services. <br /> 457 <br /> 458 Recycling Tote -Bag <br /> 459 "Recycling Tote -Bag" means a durable, mesh plastic bag with handles and a carrying capacity <br /> 460 of approximately eight (8) gallons distributed to Multi - Family Dwelling Residential Premises and <br /> 461 Multi - Family Residential complexes for personal Recycling use. <br /> 462 Recyclable Containers <br /> 463 "Recyclable Containers" means food and beverage packaging receptacles including but not <br /> 464 limited to packaging that has California Redemption Value. <br /> 465 Recyclable Materials <br /> 466 "Recyclable Materials" means Discarded Materials that can be re -used, remanufactured, <br /> 467 reconstituted, or Recycled. <br /> 468 Related Party Entity <br /> 469 "Related Party Entity" means any Affiliate which has financial transactions with Contractor <br /> 470 pertaining to this Agreement. <br /> 471 Residential <br /> 472 "Residential" means of, from, or pertaining to Single - Family Dwellings, and Multi - Family <br /> 473 Residential complexes, including single - family homes, apartments, condominiums, townhouse <br /> 474 complexes, mobile home parks, cooperative apartments, and yacht harbors and marinas where <br /> 475 residents live aboard boats, notwithstanding the classification of any such account by Agency <br /> 476 for direct billing purposes. <br /> 477 Residential Diversion Level <br /> 478 "Residential Diversion Level" means the sum of all Residential Recyclable Materials Collected <br /> 479 by Contractor divided by the sum of all Residential materials Collected by Contractor. <br /> 480 Residential Premise <br /> 481 "Residential Premises" means individual dwelling units such as Single - Family Dwelling units, <br /> 482 Multi - Family Dwelling units (such as townhouses, apartments, and condominiums), mobile <br /> 483 home park dwelling units, cooperative apartments, and dwelling units at yacht harbors and <br /> 484 marinas where residents live aboard boats, notwithstanding the classification of any such <br /> 485 account by Agency for direct billing purposes. <br /> 486 Residential Property <br /> 487 "Residential Property" means property used for residential purposes), notwithstanding the <br /> 488 classification of any such account by Agency for direct billing purposes. <br /> Franchise Agreement for Collection Services with Recology San Mateo County Attachment A <br /> City of Redwood City Definitions <br /> Page 13 of 17 <br />
