• • 489 Residential Recyclable Materials 490 "Residential Recyclable Materials" means Targeted Recyclable Materials Collected from both 491 Single - Family Dwelling Customers and Multi- Family Residential Complexes. 492 Revenue Requirement 493 "Revenue Requirement" means the total projected amount of revenue that must be included in 494 Agency's Rates charged to Customers to cover all costs associated with Contractor's 495 Compensation, Contractor Pass - Through Costs and Pass - Through Costs for a Rate Year. 496 SBWMA 497 "SBWMA" means the South Bayside Waste Management Authority, which is a joint powers 498 authority comprised of the Member Agencies. 499 SBWMA Service Area 500 "SBWMA Service Area" means the service area comprised of the SBWMA's Member Agencies, 501 which include the following: Town of Atherton, City of Belmont, City of Burlingame, City of East 502 Palo Alto, City of Foster City, Town of Hillsborough, City of Menlo Park, City of Redwood City, 503 City of San Carlos, City of San Mateo, sections of unincorporated San Mateo County, and West 504 Bay Sanitary District. 505 Service Area 506 "Service Area" means the area within, and, if applicable, outside Agency's jurisdictional 507 boundaries with respect to which Agency exercises franchising authority for the Collection of 508 Solid Waste, Targeted Recyclable Materials, Organic Materials, or other materials pursuant to 509 this Agreement. 510 Service Day 511 "Service Day" means Monday through Sunday excluding Holidays. 512 Service Opportunity 513 "Service Opportunity" means each individual opportunity the Contractor has to Collect Solid 514 Waste, Targeted Recyclable Materials, and Organic Materials from a Customer's Container 515 which is equivalent to the required Single - Family, Multi - Family and Commercial lifts. For 516 example, for a Single - Family Customer with regular weekly service, Contractor has three (3) 517 Service Opportunities per week — one (1) for Solid Waste Collection, one (1) for Targeted 518 Recyclable Materials, and one (1) for Organic Materials. 519 Service Sector 520 "Service Sector" means Collection services for each of the following types of services: Single - 521 Family; Multi - Family; Commercial; and Member Agency Facilities. 522 Single- Family 523 "Single- Family," "Single- Family Dwelling," or "SFD" means a Premises used as a Residential 524 dwelling and includes each unit of a duplex, triplex, fourplex or townhouse condominium at 525 which there are no more than four dwelling units where individual Solid Waste, Targeted 526 Recyclable Materials, and Organics Materials Collection is provided separately to each dwelling 527 unit, notwithstanding the classification of any such account by Agency for direct billing purposes.
