• • 307 are placed by Contractor in a designated collection location that is agreed upon by 308 the Customer. 309 Contractor shall give special consideration when determining the Collection location 310 for Multi - Family Residential complexes to ensure that the flow of traffic is not 311 impeded and that it does not result in aesthetic degradation of an area. The 312 designated Collection location, if disputed by Customer or Contractor, shall be 313 determined by the Agency. Additionally, if in the Agency's opinion the location of an 314 existing Collection location is inappropriate, Agency may require the Customer or 315 Contractor to relocate the Collection Containers. 316 C. Commercial Premises. Contractor shall Collect Solid Waste from Commercial 317 Premises as frequently as scheduled by the Customer, but not less than once per 318 week. Contractor shall provide unscheduled Collection service within one (1) 319 Business Day of Customer's request and shall be entitled to bill Customer as 320 specified in Attachment Q. Customers must subscribe to a minimum service level 321 of three (3) times per week Collection in order to be eligible for Collection on 322 Saturday and /or Sunday. 323 Contractor shall service, at no additional cost, Containers provided to Commercial 324 Customers that are three (3) cubic yards or less in capacity or wheeled Containers, 325 that are stored in enclosures or on private or public property within fifty (50) feet of 326 access by Contractor's collection vehicle, if access to the Containers is paved and 327 the slope is less than seven percent (7 %). Agency will make the final determination 328 on the slope of the access if a dispute arises between Customer and Contractor. 329 Contractor shall be entitled to bill Commercial Customers for distance charges as 330 specified in Attachment Q for providing Collection service to Containers that are 331 three (3) cubic yards or less in capacity or wheeled Containers, that are located at 332 distances of fifty one (51) feet or more from access by Contractor's collection 333 vehicle. 334 Contractor shall service, at no additional cost, Containers that are four (4) cubic 335 yards or larger in capacity, or do not have wheels, that are stored in a location that 336 is accessible by Contractor's collection vehicle. Contractor shall ensure that 337 Containers that are four (4) cubic yards or larger in capacity or do not have wheels, 338 are placed by Contractor in a designated collection location that is agreed upon by 339 the Customer. 340 Specifically, the Contractor shall offer the following Collection service 341 methodologies to Commercial Customers: 342 1. Individual Cart or Bin Service. Contractor shall allow each Commercial 343 Premises to use Carts, Bins, Compactors, or Drop Boxes for Solid Waste 344 Collection. Contractor shall provide each Customer with a choice of one (1) or 345 more Containers as specified in Section 8.05. 346 2. Centralized Cart or Bin Service. Contractor shall allow each Commercial 347 Premises to use Carts or Bins for Solid Waste Collection that are shared by the 348 Occupants of two (2) or more adjacent Commercial Premises. In such case, 349 Contractor shall provide one or more Carts or Bins as requested by the 350 Customer(s) provided that no less than ninety -six (96) gallons of Container 351 capacity is provided for every four (4) Commercial Premises.
