Contractor shall provide each Customer with Carts or Bins as <br /> 490 specified in Attachment D, as requested by the Customer. <br /> 491 Contractor shall Collect Single- Stream Targeted Recyclable Materials <br /> 492 Generated at Multi - Family Residential Complexes at least once per week or <br /> 493 more frequently, up to six (6) times per week, as scheduled by the Customer <br /> 494 provided that the Generator has Source Separated the Targeted Recyclable <br /> 495 Materials from Solid Waste and placed the materials in the appropriate <br /> 496 Contractor - provided Container. Contractor shall Collect Single -Steam <br /> 497 Targeted Recyclable Materials at the designated location agreed upon by <br /> 498 Contractor and Multi - Family Dwelling Customer. The designated Collection <br /> 499 location, if disputed by Customer or Contractor, shall be determined by the <br /> 500 Agency. Carts and Bins may be shared by the Occupants of the Multi - Family <br /> 501 Residential Complexes. Contractor shall provide extra Carts for use in the mail, <br /> 502 utility or similar room of Multi - Family Residential Complexes if requested by the <br /> 503 Customer. <br /> 504 2. Personal Recycling Tote -Bag Distribution. Upon receipt of a request for <br /> 505 Recycling Tote -Bags from a Multi - Family Dwelling Customer or Occupant, <br /> 506 Agency or SBWMA, Contractor shall: (i) deliver the Recycling Tote -Bags within <br /> 507 five (5) Business Days to the property Owner, property manager or Occupant <br /> 508 who requested the Recycling Tote -Bags; (ii) prior to complying with (i), contact <br /> 509 the property Owner or property manager directly by phone or in person to <br /> 510 determine if additional Recycling Tote -Bags are needed and /or if they are <br /> 511 interested in a site assessment of the property; (iii) upon request for a site <br /> 512 assessment, ensure that a site assessment is done per the requirements set <br /> 513 forth in Section 7.05. Contractor shall provide notification to Agency and <br /> 514 SBWMA of the Day which the Tote Bags were delivered and to whom they <br /> 515 were delivered with submittal of Contractor's monthly reports per Section 9.05. <br /> 516 Contractor's monthly reports shall also include an inventory of Recycling Tote - <br /> 517 Bags in stock. <br /> 518 3. Household Battery and Cell Phone Collection. <br /> 519 a. Multi - Family Residential Complexes with individual Recycling Carts <br /> 520 for each dwelling unit. Contractor shall Collect Household Batteries <br /> 521 and Cell Phones placed on top of the Recyclable Materials Cart in <br /> 522 Contractor- provided or Customer - provided clear zip -close or tie -close <br /> 523 plastic bags clearly marked "Used Batteries and Cell Phones." <br /> 524 Customers will be notified to place all Household Batteries in a clear <br /> 525 zip -close plastic bag; tape the contacts of button cell batteries; and <br /> 526 wrap cell phones in paper (for protection) prior to placing in the <br /> 527 plastic bag. While Customers will be encouraged to follow the <br /> 528 participation parameters, Contractor shall be required to Collect the <br /> 529 Household Batteries and Cell Phones if Customers do not follow <br /> 530 these instructions. <br /> 531 b. Multi - Family Residential Complexes with shared or centrally stored <br /> 532 Recycling Carts or Bins. Contractor shall provide one (1) or more <br /> 533 centrally located Containers for the accumulation of Household <br /> 534 Batteries and Cell Phones.
