• • <br /> 535 Containers and the frequency of Collection shall be mutually agreed <br /> 536 to between the Contractor and the Owner or manager of the <br /> 537 complex. In the event the Owner or property manager requests that <br /> 538 the materials be Collected on an on -call basis, Contractor shall <br /> 539 provide that service at no additional cost. <br /> 540 4. Universal Implementation to All Customers. If requested by Agency, Contractor <br /> 541 shall make all necessary arrangements to implement this service within one <br /> 542 hundred and twenty (120) days and ensure the service is implemented within <br /> 543 the time frame agreed to by Agency and Contractor. To maximize participation <br /> 544 in the Single- Stream Targeted Recyclable Materials Collection program, the <br /> 545 Contractor shall distribute Recyclable Materials Containers to all Multi - Family <br /> 546 Dwelling Customers unless the Customer has notified the Contractor that they <br /> 547 do not want to participate in the Targeted Recyclable Materials Collection <br /> 548 program. <br /> 549 Prior to distribution of the Targeted Recyclable Materials Containers, the <br /> 550 Contractor shall conduct a site assessment of each Multi - Family Residential <br /> 551 complex. The site assessment shall include a meeting with the Owner or <br /> 552 property manager to describe the Single Stream Recycling Program; an <br /> 553 evaluation of the components of the waste stream generated at the complex, <br /> 554 identification of the volumes and types of Targeted Recyclable Materials <br /> 555 Collected at the complex and the development of an estimate of the volume of <br /> 556 Single Stream Targeted Recyclable Material that could be Collected at the <br /> 557 complex. Based on the results of the site assessment, Contractor will develop <br /> 558 an estimate of the Recycling capacity needs of the complex. <br /> 559 Using the information obtained from the site assessment and prior to <br /> 560 distribution of the Targeted Recyclable Materials Containers, the Contractor <br /> 561 shall mail each Multi - Family Dwelling Customer a notice describing the <br /> 562 "universal" implementation of Single- Stream Targeted Recyclable Materials <br /> 563 Collection; the number and size of Containers the Contractor plans to deliver to <br /> 564 the Multi - Family Dwelling Complex (based on Contractor's estimate of the <br /> 565 service volume needed for the complex with a minimum of twenty (20) gallons <br /> 566 per week per Multi- Family Dwelling); and a description of how Customers can <br /> 567 contact the Contractor and request additional or different sized Containers or <br /> 568 request not to participate in the Targeted Recyclable Materials Collection <br /> 569 program. If Contractor delivers Targeted Recyclable Materials Collection <br /> 570 Containers to a Multi - Family Residential Complex and the Customer requests a <br /> 571 change in the number or size of Containers or states that they do not want to <br /> 572 participate in the Collection program, Contractor shall adjust the service level or <br /> 573 remove the Collection Containers within ten (10) Business Days of the <br /> 574 Customer's request. For Multi- Family Dwelling Customers that subscribe to <br /> 575 Solid Waste Collection service during the Term, Contractor shall automatically <br /> 576 deliver and service Single- Stream Recyclable Materials Collection Containers <br /> 577 at the Multi - Family Residential Complex unless the Customer specifically <br /> 578 refuses to participate in the Targeted Recyclable Materials Collection program. <br /> 579 C. Commercial Premises <br /> 580 1. General.
