• . 582 additional charge, and Contractor shall provide the level of service required by 583 Commercial Customers requesting Recyclable Materials Collection services. 584 The level of service Contractor shall provide includes: Single- Stream Targeted 585 Recyclable Materials Collection or Source Separated Collection of cardboard, 586 mixed paper, food and recyclable beverage containers, or other Targeted 587 Recyclable Materials in a manner that best suits the needs of the Commercial 588 Customer. 589 Contractor shall Collect Single -Steam Targeted Recyclable Materials or other 590 Source Separated Recyclable Materials Generated at Commercial Premises at 591 least once per week or more frequently, up to seven (7) times per week, as 592 scheduled by the Customer provided that the Generator has Source Separated 593 the Targeted Recyclable Materials from Solid Waste and placed the materials in 594 the appropriate Contractor - provided Container. Contractor shall Collect 595 Targeted Recyclable Materials at the designated location agreed upon by 596 Contractor and Customer. The designated Collection location, if disputed by 597 Customer or Contractor, shall be determined by the Agency. 598 2. Collection Containers. Contractor shall allow Commercial Customers to select a 599 Collection service method that best suits the needs of its Premises. Specifically, 600 the Contractor shall offer the following choices to Commercial Customers: 601 a. Cart service. Contractor shall allow Commercial Customers to use Carts 602 for Targeted Recyclable Materials Collection. Contractor shall provide each 603 Customer with a choice of one (1) or more Carts as specified in Section 604 8.05. 605 b. Bin service. Contractor shall allow Commercial Customers to use Bins for 606 Targeted Recyclable Materials Collection. Contractor shall provide each 607 Customer with a choice of one (1) or more Bins as specified in Section 608 8.05. 609 c. Shared Cart or Bin service. Contractor shall allow Commercial Customers 610 to use Carts or Bins for Targeted Recyclable Materials Collection that are 611 shared by the Occupants of two (2) or more Commercial Premises. In such 612 case, Contractor shall provide one (1) or more Carts or Bins to such 613 Premises as requested by Customer(s). In order to minimize the impact or 614 occurrence of illegal dumping and theft of Recyclable Materials, Contractor 615 will provide to Customer at no additional cost, locks for enclosures used to 616 store Containers or locks for Containers and ensure the enclosures or 617 Containers are locked after providing Collection Service. Only Contractor, 618 Agency, and the participating Customers will be provided with a key to the 619 enclosures and access to the Containers. The service schedule will be 620 prominently displayed on the enclosure and any changes in service will be 621 displayed on the enclosure by Contractor within one (1) Business Day of 622 making the change. If the Carts or Bins are left "outside" in a designated 623 area, each Container will be locked (keyed alike), and only Contractor staff, 624 Agency staff, and the participating Customers will be provided with a key to 625 access the Containers. At least once each calendar year, Contractor's route 626 supervisor will visit each of the participating Customers with shared 627 Containers, respond to any questions or concerns, check the areas for 628 contamination, litter, or damage and change the lock and distribute new 629 "keyed alike" keys to Agency staff and Customers.
