• • <br /> 630 <br /> 631 d. Drop Boxes and Compactors. Contractor shall allow Commercial <br /> 632 Customers to use Drop Boxes or Compactors for Targeted Recyclable <br /> 633 Materials. In such case, Contractor shall provide Customers with a choice <br /> 634 of Container capacities as specified in Section 8.05. Contractor shall offer <br /> 635 Customers the option to purchase or lease Compactors through Contractor <br /> 636 or an outside vendor. Regular maintenance of Compactors shall be <br /> 637 provided by Contractor (or outside vendor) as frequently as needed to keep <br /> 638 the Compactors in good working order and functioning at high compaction <br /> 639 levels. <br /> 640 3. Universal Implementation of Service. Upon request by Agency, Contractor shall <br /> 641 "universally" implement Single- Stream Targeted Recyclable Materials Collection <br /> 642 services to all Commercial Customers in the same manner as that described for <br /> 643 Multi - Family Customers pursuant to Section 5.03.B.4. <br /> 644 D. Agency Facilities <br /> 645 1. General. Agency Facilities that subscribe to Solid Waste Collection service <br /> 646 shall be entitled to Collection of Targeted Recyclable Materials at no additional <br /> 647 charge, and Contractor shall provide the level of service required by Agency <br /> 648 Facilities requesting Targeted Recyclable Materials Collection services. The <br /> 649 level of service Contractor shall provide includes: Single- Stream Targeted <br /> ' 650 Recyclable Materials Collection or Source Separated Collection of cardboard, <br /> 651 mixed paper, food and recyclable beverage containers, or other Targeted <br /> 652 Recyclable Materials in a manner that best suits the needs of the Agency <br /> 653 Facility. <br /> 654 Contractor shall Collect Single -Steam Targeted Recyclable Materials or other <br /> 655 Source Separated Targeted Recyclable Materials Generated at Agency <br /> 656 Premises at least once per week or more frequently, up to seven (7) times per <br /> 657 week, as scheduled by the Agency provided that the Generator has Source <br /> 658 Separated the Targeted Recyclable Materials from Solid Waste and placed the <br /> 659 materials in the appropriate Contractor - provided Container. Contractor shall <br /> 660 Collect Targeted Recyclable Materials at the designated location agreed upon <br /> 661 by Contractor and Agency. <br /> 662 2. Collection Containers. Contractor shall allow Agency Facilities to select a <br /> 663 Collection service method that best suits the needs of its Premises. Specifically, <br /> 664 the Contractor shall offer the following choices to Member Agency Facilities: <br /> 665 a. Cart service. Contractor shall allow Agency Facilities to use Carts for <br /> 666 Targeted Recyclable Materials Collection. Contractor shall provide each <br /> 667 Customer with a choice of one (1) or more Carts as specified in Attachment <br /> 668 D. <br /> 669 b. Bin service. Contractor shall allow Agency Facilities to use Bins for <br /> 670 Targeted Recyclable Materials Collection. Contractor shall provide each <br /> 671 Agency with a choice of one (1) or more Bins for each Agency Facility. <br /> 672 c. Centralized Cart or Bin service. Contractor shall allow Agency Facilities to <br /> 673 use Carts or Bins for Targeted Recyclable Materials Collection that are <br /> 674 shared by the Occupants of two (2) or more adjacent Agency Facilities.
