Produce and deliver non - collection notices. The format and content of the non - <br /> 1677 collection notices must be approved in advance by Agency and SBWMA. <br /> 1678 8. Produce and affix Targeted Recyclable Materials, Organic Materials and Solid <br /> 1679 Waste cart hangers to corresponding Carts. The format and content of the cart <br /> 1680 hangers must be approved in advance by Agency and SBWMA. <br /> 1681 9. Affix Used Motor Oil Recycling decals to jugs for inclusion in Used Motor Oil <br /> 1682 Recycling kits. <br /> 1683 10. Assemble and deliver Used Motor Oil Recycling kits upon request from SFD <br /> 1684 Customers. Kits must be provided to Customer within five (5) Business Days of <br /> 1685 Customer request. <br /> 1686 11. If approved by Agency, deliver Household Battery and Cell Phone Recycling <br /> 1687 bags upon request from Customers. Bags must be provided to Customer within <br /> 1688 five (5) Business Days of Customer request. <br /> 1689 12. Staff a booth at local public events and distribute promotional and educational <br /> 1690 materials. <br /> 1691 13. Arrange student tours at the SRDC (in coordination with Operator); make <br /> 1692 classroom presentations upon request; provide school activities for students <br /> 1693 about the 4Rs; and provide "rainy day" DVDs to schools that educate children <br /> 1694 about waste reduction and preserving the environment. <br /> 1695 14. Conduct presentations at community meetings, service clubs, senior centers <br /> 1696 and neighborhood associations. <br /> 1697 15. Promote recycling and organics collection programs on the sides of Collection <br /> 1698 and Route Supervisors' vehicles. These advertising campaigns must be <br /> 1699 approved in advance by Agency and SBWMA. <br /> 1700 16. Each Rate Year insert with its bills, up to twelve (12) Solid Waste Bill inserts <br /> 1701 produced by SBWMA or Agency. A total of nine (9) Bill inserts are specified <br /> 1702 below. <br /> 1703 If Agency has specified a post card Bill format, the notices described as "Bill <br /> 1704 inserts" shall be separately mailed by Contractor. In addition, if Bills (in <br /> 1705 whatever format) are mailed at intervals that do not accommodate the timely <br /> 1706 distribution of the specified notices, notices will be separately mailed as <br /> 1707 necessary by Contractor. <br /> 1708 17. Each Rate Year Contractor shall develop, produce and distribute the following <br /> 1709 public education and promotion materials: <br /> 1710 a. Annual On -Call Collection Services Collection notice (one (1) SFD Solid <br /> 1711 Waste Bill insert). <br /> 1712 b. Annual Holiday Tree Recycling notice (separate for SFD and MFD - two <br /> 1713 (2) Solid Waste Bill inserts). <br /> 1714 c. Annual "Reduce Holiday Packaging" notice (one (1) SFD and MFD Solid <br /> 1715 Waste Bill insert). <br /> 1716 d.
