Contractor's outreach and education material will place a strong emphasis on <br /> 1724 Recycling and reuse, encouraging Customers to take advantage of donation <br /> 1725 opportunities offered by local non - profit organizations such as the Society of <br /> 1726 St. Vincent de Paul, Goodwill Industries, and the Salvation Army. In addition, <br /> 1727 Contractor will promote other resources for reuse, such as the Freecycle <br /> 1728 Network an online resource for the free and local exchange of goods, the <br /> 1729 Resource Area for Teachers (RAFT), local schools, and other community <br /> 1730 organizations that are in need of reusable goods. <br /> 1731 19. Contractor shall develop and distribute to all Customers a professionally <br /> 1732 produced DVD. Contractor shall work collaboratively with the SBWMA to <br /> 1733 produce a DVD using local settings, that illustrates and explains the <br /> 1734 Recyclable Materials, Organic Materials and Solid Waste Collection services <br /> 1735 provided by Contractor and Customer participation protocols and other <br /> 1736 pertinent sustainability- related information. <br /> 1737 20. Upon request by Agency, Contractor shall promote its services to Customers <br /> 1738 using Agency's email distribution list or an email distribution list authorized by <br /> 1739 Agency. <br /> 1740 F. Staffing <br /> 1741 Contractor will have on staff a full -time management level employee who will serve <br /> 1742 as the public education manager. Contractor must notify Agency and SBWMA <br /> 1743 within two (2) Business Days if this individual resigns or is terminated from <br /> 1744 employment. Contractor shall provide to Agency and SBWMA a current job <br /> 1745 description and resume of the public education manager. <br /> 1746 G. Meeting Requirements <br /> 1747 Upon request from Agency or SBWMA, the public education manager is required to <br /> 1748 meet quarterly, and more frequently if necessary, with Agency and /or SBWMA staff <br /> 1749 to review public education and promotion activities. In addition, the public education <br /> 1750 manager will be required to represent Contractor at all monthly SBWMA Board of <br /> 1751 Director meetings. <br /> 1752 H. Agency Rights <br /> 1753 Contractor acknowledges that the public education and promotion activities listed <br /> 1754 are critical to the success of Agency's diversion performance relative to the Act. As <br /> 1755 such, Contractor acknowledges Agency's rights to the following: <br /> 1756 1.
