• <br /> 1759 2. Agency and SBWMA shall retain the right to modify, expand, or reduce the <br /> 1760 minimum public education requirements; <br /> 1761 3. Agency may require Contractor to work with a public education consultant <br /> 1762 selected by Agency or the SBWMA; <br /> 1763 4. Agency may perform, or request that the SBWMA perform on its behalf, the <br /> 1764 public education efforts assigned to the Contractor; and <br /> 1765 5. Agency or SBWMA may provide additional, supplemental public education <br /> 1766 materials as it deems appropriate. <br /> 1767 I. Reporting Requirements <br /> 1768 Contractor is required to prepare quarterly and annual public education activity <br /> 1769 status reports. The annual reports will in part summarize the prior twelve (12) <br /> 1770 months and also contain adjustments to current and ongoing event calendars. <br /> 1771 J. Service Notice <br /> 1772 Contractor shall periodically prepare and distribute to each Customer a notice listing <br /> 1773 Contractor's Rates for standard Collection services, Rates for other services, annual <br /> 1774 Holiday schedule, and a general summary of services required under this <br /> 1775 Agreement to be provided Customers and optional services which may be furnished <br /> 1776 by Contractor. Such notice shall be approved by the Agency prior to distribution. <br /> 1777 7.04 COMMERCIAL RECYCLING PROMOTION PROGRAM <br /> 1778 A. Commercial Recycling Promotion Program Staff. Contractor shall maintain a <br /> 1779 Commercial Recycling promotion program staff that will be primarily responsible for <br /> 1780 supporting Commercial and Multi - Family Dwelling Accounts and Agency Facilities <br /> 1781 Recycling - related Collection services. The Commercial Recycling promotion staff for <br /> 1782 the SBWMA Service Area shall consist of a minimum of the following full -time staff: <br /> 1783 eight (8) "sales" representatives (recycling coordinators), two (2) diversion auditors <br /> 1784 and one (1) supervisor (commercial recycling manager), as specified in Attachment <br /> 1785 O. <br /> 1786 B. Signs and Placards. Contractor shall be responsible for preparing, distributing, <br /> 1787 and posting signs at Commercial Collection Premises that promote Targeted <br /> 1788 Recyclable Materials and Organic Materials Collection services, describe the <br /> 1789 program requirements, and identify allowable and prohibited types of materials for <br /> 1790 Collection. At a minimum, the signs or placards shall be durable and weather <br /> 1791 resistant and affixed in the Container areas. Upon request from Customer, <br /> 1792 Contractor shall provide signs and Container labeling in a second language such <br /> 1793 as, but not limited to, Spanish. Within ten (10) Business Days of a Customer's <br /> 1794 request, Contractor shall provide extra signs for use in areas such as employee <br /> 1795 training areas, break rooms, kitchens, and janitorial areas at Commercial Premises. <br /> 1796 The design of all signs and placards shall be approved by SBWMA prior to <br /> 1797 distribution by Contractor. <br /> 1798 C. Community Events.
