All Collection vehicles shall have Teak -proof bodies designed to prevent <br /> 2324 leakage, spillage and /or overflow and shall be designed so that Collected <br /> 2325 materials are not visible. <br /> 2326 3. All vehicles shall comply with California Environmental Protection Agency <br /> 2327 (EPA) noise emission regulations and California Air Resources Board air <br /> 2328 quality regulations and other applicable pollution control regulations. <br /> 2329 4. All Collection vehicles shall have cameras to monitor driving and loading <br /> 2330 activities including, at a minimum: (i) back -up cameras mounted at the rear and <br /> 2331 side of the vehicle; and, (ii) a hopper camera clearly displaying the contents of <br /> 2332 the hopper prior to compaction. <br /> 2333 5. Contractor shall be required to operate an adequate number of Collection <br /> 2334 vehicles that shall be capable of servicing hard -to- service areas and accessing <br /> 2335 long driveways in the Service Area. <br /> 2336 6. All Collection vehicles shall be capable of unloading materials in the <br /> 2337 Designated Transfer and Processing Facility buildings taking clearance <br /> 2338 heights, especially in the MRF, into consideration. <br /> 2339 7. All Collection vehicles shall be equipped with and utilize Routeware on -board <br /> 2340 computer system and an on -board GPS tracking device with real -time <br /> 2341 transmission to all levels of Contractor's operations. <br /> 2342 8. All Collection vehicles shall use the biodiesel fuel blend formulated to contain <br /> 2343 the highest percentage of biofuel approved for use in Contractor's vehicles by <br /> 2344 the California Air Resources Board. Currently, the highest approved blend is B- <br /> 2345 20. <br /> 2346 9. All Collection vehicles shall be equipped with a broom, shovel, absorbent <br /> 2347 materials, and other approved cleanup devices and materials for emergencies, <br /> 2348 or any spillage or leaks that may occur. <br /> 2349 10. Route supervisors and management personnel shall use one -half ( ton <br /> 2350 hybrid pickup trucks while performing services. <br /> 2351 C. Vehicle Identification. Contractor's name, local telephone number, and a unique <br /> 2352 vehicle identification number designated by Contractor for each vehicle shall be <br /> 2353 prominently displayed on all four (4) sides of the vehicles, in letters and numbers <br /> 2354 with a maximum five (5) digit sequence, that are no less than two and one -half (2.5) <br /> 2355 inches in height. Contractor shall not place any other information or logo on <br /> 2356 Contractor vehicles, unless approved in writing by SBWMA. Vehicles shall be <br /> 2357 clearly labeled to indicate the materials Collected by that vehicle, specifically; "Solid <br /> 2358 Waste," "Recyclables," or "Organic Materials," as directed by SBWMA. <br /> 2359 D. Inventory. Contractor shall furnish the Agency and SBWMA a written inventory of <br /> 2360 all vehicles used in providing service, and shall update the inventory annually. The <br /> 2361 inventory shall list all vehicles by manufacturer, identification number, date of <br /> 2362 acquisition, type, capacity, decibel rating, average weight of load, and average <br /> 2363 loaded axle weights. <br /> 2364 E.
