Organization is $ 15,777.00. Thus, the Partner Organization shall submit the sum of <br /> 5,259.00payable to Public Allies Silicon Valley/ San Francisco by October 1, 2010, <br /> December 1, 2010, and March 1, 2011. Reimbursements for partial months will be pro- <br /> rated until March 1, 2011. This will constitute payment of Partner Organization's portion <br /> of Ally's stipend, as set forth in Section I(B)(i). <br /> III. Additional Agreements of the Parties. <br /> A. Use of Federal Funds. Federal monies may not be used to cover <br /> the Partner Organization portion of the AIIy stipend as described in section 1(B) (i) <br /> unless the use of those funds as federal match is allowed by the grantor in writing <br /> and /or by statute. If federal funds will be used to cover the Partner Organization portion <br /> of the AIIy stipend, documentation of the federal grantor's allowance of this use of funds <br /> should be submitted to Public Allies Silicon Valley /San Francisco. <br /> B. Non - Exclusive Agreement. Public Allies Silicon Valley /San <br /> Francisco and Partner Organization understand that this Agreement is non - exclusive, <br /> and that each of them may enter into a similar arrangement with other organizations. <br /> C. Entire Amount Payable Under Agreement. Other than any amount <br /> payable by Public Allies Silicon Valley /San Francisco to Partner Organization pursuant <br /> to Section I(A)(iii), Sections I(B)(i) and (ii) (if applicable), and Section 11 or payable by <br /> Partner Organization to Public Allies Silicon Valley /San Francisco under Section III(H), <br /> neither shall be entitled to payment from the other under this Agreement. <br /> D. Incorporation. The Partner Organization agrees to abide by the <br /> terms of the Public Allies Policies and Procedures Manual, as amended from time to <br /> time, which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement. The Partner <br /> Organization also agrees to be bound by the terms of the Corporation for National and <br /> Community Service Grant to Public Allies Silicon Valley /San Francisco, as applicable to <br /> the Partner Organization. <br /> E. Monitoring Visits, Requests for Additional information, and the <br /> Maintenance of Records. In addition to any other evaluation reports taken by Public <br /> Allies Silicon Valley /San Francisco or Public Allies, Inc. during the course of the <br /> Program, Public Allies Silicon Valley /San Francisco or Public Allies, Inc. may elect, <br /> during regular business hours, to make unannounced visits to the site of the Program or <br /> to any location where records pertaining to the Program may be found. Partner <br /> Organization shall comply with any reasonable request made by Public Allies Silicon <br /> Valley /San Francisco or Public Allies, Inc. for additional information, clarification or <br /> documentation on the Program, whether in connection with any evaluation or reports, <br /> monitoring visits, or otherwise. Partner Organization shall at all times maintain <br /> appropriate records pertaining to the Program at a location that will afford Public Allies <br /> Silicon Valley /San Francisco or Public Allies, Inc. reasonable access thereto during a <br /> monitoring visit. For compliance with AmeriCorps regulations, Partner Organization <br /> should maintain all supporting financial paperwork, including payroll registers, on file for <br /> a period of seven years. <br /> Public Allies Partner Organization Agreement 2010 -2011 4 <br />
