Impact 7-4: Impacts of Development Properties Adjacent to Historic Resources. Future development in the DPP area on properties adjacent to historic resources may materially alter the physical characteristics that convey the historic resource's significance and that justify its inclusion in the California Register or its tocal designation. Such an adverse change to a CEQA-de�ned historic resource would constitute a significant impact. a) Potential Impact. The impact identified above is described and discussed on page 7-40 of the DEIR. b) Mitigation Measures. FEIR Mitigation Measure 7-4 (p. 7-41 � of the DEIR) is hereby adopted and will be implemented as provided in the Mitigation � Monitoring and Reporting Program. c) Findings.
