"SECTION 2.2. GENERAL PROVISIONS. The health officer or other duly authorized representative of the City shall visit all premises within the corporate limits of the City of Redwood City from time to time and examine the sanitary conditions of said premises and determine whether the pro- visions of this ordinance are complied with. SECTION 2.3. GENERAL PROVISIONS. Upon notification by the Health Officer or his representative all persons, firms, and corporations, shall comply with the provisions of this ordinance or be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. In all cases of disputes or complaints arising from or concerning the place where receptacles for refuse shall be placed awaiting the removal of their contents, the quantities to be removed and the number of times of removal, the health officer shall designate the place, the estimated quantity, and the times and manner of removal. SECTION 2.L . GE o' , PROVISIONS. It shall be unlaw- ful for any person, firm or corporation in any manner to interfere with the collection or removal or disposal of refuse by the authorized refuse collector. SECTION 2.5. GENERAL PROVISIONS. No person owning or occupying any building lot or premises in the City of Redwood City shall suffer, allow or permit to collect and r emain upon said lot or premises refuse of any kind, providing however, that this provision shall not be construed as interfering with a building under construction. SECTION 2.6. GENERAL PROVISIONS. No person, firm or corporation, shall dump, place or bury in any lot, land, street or alley, or in any water or waterway or elsewhere within the corporate limits of the City of Redwood City any garbage, trash, rubbish, or manure, or any waste matter con- demned by the Health Department or its authorized representa- tives. - 3 -
