"SECTION 2.2. GENERAL PROVISIONS. The health officer <br /> or other duly authorized representative of the City shall <br /> visit all premises within the corporate limits of the City <br /> of Redwood City from time to time and examine the sanitary <br /> conditions of said premises and determine whether the pro- <br /> visions of this ordinance are complied with. <br /> SECTION 2.3. GENERAL PROVISIONS. Upon notification <br /> by the Health Officer or his representative all persons, <br /> firms, and corporations, shall comply with the provisions <br /> of this ordinance or be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. In <br /> all cases of disputes or complaints arising from or concerning <br /> the place where receptacles for refuse shall be placed awaiting <br /> the removal of their contents, the quantities to be removed <br /> and the number of times of removal, the health officer shall <br /> designate the place, the estimated quantity, and the times <br /> and manner of removal. <br /> SECTION 2.L . GE o' , PROVISIONS. It shall be unlaw- <br /> ful for any person, firm or corporation in any manner to <br /> interfere with the collection or removal or disposal of <br /> refuse by the authorized refuse collector. <br /> SECTION 2.5. GENERAL PROVISIONS. No person owning or <br /> occupying any building lot or premises in the City of Redwood <br /> City shall suffer, allow or permit to collect and r emain upon <br /> said lot or premises refuse of any kind, providing however, <br /> that this provision shall not be construed as interfering <br /> with a building under construction. <br /> SECTION 2.6. GENERAL PROVISIONS. No person, firm or <br /> corporation, shall dump, place or bury in any lot, land, <br /> street or alley, or in any water or waterway or elsewhere <br /> within the corporate limits of the City of Redwood City any <br /> garbage, trash, rubbish, or manure, or any waste matter con- <br /> demned by the Health Department or its authorized representa- <br /> tives. <br /> - 3 - <br />
