"SECTION 2.7. SPECIAL CONDITIONS. In the event any <br /> person, firm or corporation may elect to dispose of such <br /> rubbish or waste matter as may accumulate on any specific <br /> property or location, the same may be done provided that <br /> such disposal and transporting of any refuse or waste matter <br /> complies with all the provisions of this ordinance and is <br /> approved by the health officer. <br /> SECTION 2.8. SPECIAL CONDITIONS. In the event the <br /> removal of rubbish or waste matter is required in quanti- <br /> ties in excess of facilities provided by the refuse collector, <br /> or in the event the City may elect to utilize the same for <br /> filling or other purposes, the right is reserved to make <br /> use of City equipment for this purpose and the same will be <br /> provided at a reasonable cost to those who for lack of <br /> facilities at hand or otherwise are unable to secure the <br /> services of the refuse collector and are unable to comply <br /> with the terms of this ordinance. <br /> SECTION 2.9. BURNING. No person shall burn any <br /> rubbish within the corporate limits of the City of Redwood <br /> City except by written permit from the Fire Marshal of the <br /> City of Redwood City, and then only in an incinerator of a <br /> type approved by the Fire Marshal, on days other than <br /> Monday, between the hours of 6 A.M. and 12 Noon, or as <br /> specified in said permit . In no event, however, shall any <br /> rubbish be burned in a manner, time, or place, which con- <br /> stitutes a nuisance or fire hazard to adjoining property." <br /> SECTION 3. Section 5 of said Ordinance No. 339 is hereby <br /> amended to read as follows : <br /> "SECTION 5. REMOVAL OF REFUSE. All garbage collected <br /> in the City of Redwood City shall be hauled in all-steel <br /> watertight bodied motor trucks, and taken to the dump or <br /> - 4 - <br />
