1 NP <br />(g) An agreement by the Kiwanis to cover the first $2,000 of any damage or <br />loss before submitting to the insurance company. <br />(h) Provision of private security to the carnival (unarmed, insured, and <br />licensed) during daylight hours. <br />(i) Pay for the services of one (1) Redwood City Police Officer to be <br />assigned solely to the carnival during the hours of 7:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. <br />each night of the carnival's operation. <br />0) On -site presence of at least two (2) Kiwanis members during the <br />operation hours, available for contact by City. <br />(k) Establishment of a first aid station and an event headquarters. <br />(1) Notification of downtown merchants and Los Potrillos Restaurant and <br />coordination with same regarding their continued operations, specifically as <br />to temporary signs as may be needed by Los Potrillos. <br />(m) Beverages will be sold in cans or paper /plastic containers; no glass <br />bottles. <br />13. Additional or further matters not herein described or contemplated in <br />connection with said carnival shall not be effectuated without the prior written <br />consent of the Police Chief. <br />14.
