W-2 <br />A separate agreement with the City of Belmont will be presented to Council for approval <br />and authorization to execute, prior to the award of this contract. <br />A copy of this cooperative agreement is available for re� /iew in the City Clerk's Office. <br />Alternative <br />If the cooperative agreement is not executed with Caltrans, the City and the District will <br />not have the rights to make improvements to this State Interchange. Without <br />improvements, the delays at this interchange will increase further, as traffic volume <br />increases. <br />Fiscal Impacts <br />RWS -CFD 99 -1 has the bonding capacity to cover the City's responsibilities.
