The Construction of Arbors and Trellises in Setback Areas. <br />2. Definitions, Land Use Classifications, and Parking Standards for Medical Offices, <br />Medical Clinics, and Research and Development Uses. <br />3. Definitions and Standards for Measurement of Residential Height. <br />4. Definitions and Allowances for "Theater" Uses in the Central Business Retail (CBR) <br />District. <br />5. Provisions to Accommodate Child Care Facilities. <br />Chair Foust asked Tom Passinisi, Principal Planner, to give an overview. <br />Mr. Passanisi said the purpose of these five Zoning Text Amendments is to essentially <br />clean up the Zoning Ordinance, bring it to conformance with common and acceptable <br />development practice, and also to clarify some of the Planning language. He said the <br />Amendments are pretty straight forward, but he wanted to elaborate on the Large Family <br />Child Care Ordinance Amendment. <br />He said the published Zoning Ordinance as it relates to Large Family Child Care simply <br />needs to be changed. Per an opinion by the City Attorney's office, the current wording in <br />the Zoning Ordinance does not conform to State law, and does not meet the intent of <br />Page 1 of 26 <br />
