7.1 -A2 <br />cooperative agreement between the two cities will be presented to this Council for <br />approval and authorization to execute said agreement. <br />At this time, it is more straight'orward for Redwood City to authorize this work to Mark <br />Thomar.; & Company, because if it is done through Belmont, Redwood City will have to <br />amend the cost share agreement with Belmont again to accommodate this change. <br />Alternative <br />Council can direct staff to have this design supplement be administered by the City of <br />Belmont, in which case an amendment to the Belmont Cost Share Agreement will have <br />to be amended. <br />Fiscal Impact <br />Funds in the amount of $3,900,000 are available in the FY 2003 -2004 Capital <br />Improvement Program budget, under the Capital Project Funds for this project, to <br />support this�co_nt�ract <br />S.
