JAH:mm~ 10/31/88 (#23/034) <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Pursuant to authority set forth in ~15022(b) of the <br /> California Administrative Code, the Redevelopment Agency of the <br /> City of Redwood City hereby determines to use the City CEQA <br /> Guidelines as the Agency's statement of objectives, criteria, and <br /> specific procedures for administering its responsibilities under <br /> CEQA, and to that end the Agency hereby incorporates by reference <br /> in this resolution the City CEQA Guidelines. <br /> <br /> 2. The City CEQA Guidelines presently are set forth in <br /> Resolution No. 6882 of the City of Redwood City as amended by <br /> Resolution No. 7805, and this Agency's determination to use the <br /> <br />_ City CEQA Guidelines is intended to extend to and include any <br /> amendment thereof that may be adopted from time to time by the <br /> City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 3. It shall be competent in referring to this Agency's <br /> CEQA Guidelines to cite the appropriate section and resolution <br /> number setting forth the provision found in the City CEQA <br /> Guidelines, preceded by the number of this resolution in <br /> <br /> parentheses, as (RA 88 - __) Section of City Resolution <br /> No. 6882. <br /> <br /> 4. The Staff and Planning Commission of the City of <br /> Redwood City presently are administering this Agency's <br /> responsibilities under CEQA and the State CEQA Guidelines, and <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
