The Prevailing Wage Policy shall <br />apply to all workers (hereinafter sometimes referred to as <br />"employees") performing construction work of any employer <br />including the developer, any tenant or subtenant of the project, <br />any general contractor or subcontractor or other contractor <br />engaged in construction of the project by the developer, <br />including their successors and assignees. The Prevailing Wage <br />Policy shall not apply to supervisory, managerial or secretarial <br />personnel, to persons employed in the rental, operation or <br />maintenance of the project, or to any person employed in a job <br />classification for which no wage determination is issued. <br /> <br /> (d) Prevailin~ Wage Determination. Prevailing wage rates <br />for each employee shall be those wage rates as published <br />periodically by the Department of Industrial Relations. <br /> <br /> (e) Payroll Records. Accurate and complete payroll records <br />shall be compiled, maintained and submitted to the Agency as <br />required by the Guidelines implementing this policy. The failure <br />to compile, maintain or make available payroll records as <br />required by the Guidelines shall create a presumption that <br />prevailing wages have not been paid. <br /> <br /> (e) Apprentices. Nothing contained herein shall prevent <br />the employment of any number of properly registered apprentices, <br />as defined in Chapter 4, Division 3 of the Labor Code.
