Alteration and Land Use Limitations. The following actions pursuant to the City' s <br /> ordinances and regulations regarding the maintenance, <br /> restoration, enhancement or protection of a natural <br /> resource: <br /> (a) The issuance of permits for the cutting or removal <br /> of trees pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 35 <br /> of the Code of the City of Redwood City. <br /> (8) Class 8. Regulatory Actions for the Protection of the <br /> Environment. The following actions taken by the City <br /> pursuant to ordinances and regulations relating to the <br /> maintenance, restoration, enhancement or protection of <br /> the environment: <br /> (a) The issuance of permits for the cutting or removal <br /> of trees pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 35 <br /> of the Code of the City of Redwood City. <br /> (9) Class 9 .
