t <br /> • <br /> included for purposes of examining the possible <br /> cumulative impact of such projects . <br /> [c] A detailed statement, in accordance with the Envir- <br /> onmental Quality Act of 1970 and the guidelines, <br /> setting forth the following: <br /> [ 1 ] The environmental impact of the proposed action. <br /> [2 ] Any adverse environmental effects which cannot <br /> be avoided if the proposal is implemented. <br /> [3 ] Mitigation measures proposed to minimize the <br /> impact. <br /> [4 ] Alternatives to the proposed action. <br /> [5 ] The relationship between local short-term uses <br /> of man' s environment and the maintenance and <br /> enhancement of long-term productivity. <br /> [6 ] Any irreversible environmental changes which <br /> would be involved in the proposed action should <br /> it be implemented. <br /> [7 ] The growth-inducing impact of the proposed <br /> action. <br /> In addition to the foregoing, the Planning Director, or <br /> consultant, may include such other matters as he, or <br /> the consultant, may determine to be relevant or useful <br /> to a determination of the effect of the project on the <br /> environment. <br /> (d) Notice of Preparation and Hearing . Upon completion of <br /> the draft environmental impact report, the Planning Director shall <br /> file with the secretary of the Resources Agency the notice of <br /> completion specified in paragraph 9 hereof, and shall cause notice <br /> of such completion and of public hearing on the report to be given <br /> in the City' s official newspaper once, not less than ten days <br /> prior to the date set for such hearing. The Planning Director <br /> shall make the draft environmental impact report available for <br /> public inspection subject to reasonable requirements, rules or <br /> regulations established by him. Copies of any environmental impact <br /> report, or any portion thereof, shall be made available to any <br /> person in accordance with the provisions of Article 2 of Chapter 1 <br /> of the Code of the City of Redwood City and upon payment of the <br /> fees therein prescribed. <br /> -18- <br />
