CHAPTER 4 <br />Sections <br />407 Post. Whenever in this ordinance notice is required to <br />be given by posting and the method for such posting is not <br />specified, the clerk shall conspicuously post the notice on the <br />bulletin board of the City Hall. <br />408 Proof. Proof of the publication, posting or mailing of <br />any notice, resolution, order or other matter may be made by <br />affidavit or certificate of: <br />(a) The owner, publisher, printer, foreman or clerk of <br />the newspaper in which the publication was made; <br />(b) The poster or mailer of the notice; or <br />(c) A person having knowledge of the facts. <br />409 Publish. Whenever a notice, resolution, order or other <br />matter is required to be published and the manner of publication <br />is not specified, it shall be published once a week for two weeks <br />in a newspaper of general circulation in the city. <br />410 Period. For the purpose of computing any period of <br />time prescribed herein, the day of the first publication or <br />other designated event, shall be excluded and the day of the <br />last publication, or other designated event, shall be included. <br />411 Time The posting, mailing and first publication of any <br />notice shall be at least fourteen days before a day fixed for <br />hearing or other stated event. <br />10 <br />
