i <br />CHAPTER 6 <br />Sections <br />611 Including Territory. At the hearing, the council may <br />add territory to the district if the owners of all of the <br />land which is proposed to be added to the district have re- <br />quested such addition in writing, or the council has first <br />adopted a resolution of intention to do so. The resolution <br />shall describe the boundaries of the territory which is pro - <br />pDsed to be added to the district and shall state the time and <br />place to which the hearing will be adjourned for the purpose <br />of hearing objections to,the proposed addition. A copy <br />of such resolution shall be mailed to each owner of land in <br />the territory which is proposed to be added to the district, <br />and shall be posted. The provisions of this section are <br />subject to the limitations of section 612. <br />612 Reclamation. When a purpose for which a district or <br />improvement district is formed is reclamation, all of the <br />lands to be reclaimed shall be included in such district or <br />improvement district. <br />613 Final Resolution. After making all necessary and proper <br />changes in the boundaries or in the project, or projects, the <br />council may by resolution (a) determine that the public <br />interest and convenience require the project or projects and <br />the formation of the district, (b) establish the district, <br />(c) fix and determine its.boundaries, and (d) generally des- <br />cribe the project or projects as finally determined. <br />16 <br />
